STONEHAM, Maine (AP) — Maine state police are investigating a fatal all-terrain vehicle crash.
Police
believe the crash happened some time between 11 p.m. Friday and 2 a.m.
Saturday in Stoneham. A passing driver found the victim, 51-year-old
James Mullen of Stoneham — on the road. WLBZ-TV reports that police
believe driver inattention caused Mullen to be thrown from the vehicle
but are still investigating whether alcohol was a factor.
