Class reunion

TURNER — The Leavitt Area High School class of 1989 is seeking classmates for the 20-year reunion to be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, July 25, at the Highlands Country Club. Good cooks series

LEWISTON — Those interested in learning more about healthy eating are
invited to spend an evening cooking, eating and sharing tips with other
interested adults at the Nutrition Center of Maine, 208 Bates St.
The center will host a three-week introduction to healthy, affordable
and practical cooking skills for adults. The classes will run from 5:30
to 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays, July 14, 21 and 28. The classes are open to all
residents of Lewiston and Auburn and are limited to 12 adults. There
will be free food and giveaways for those who attend all three classes.
