Rachel Marie Metivier
1983 – 2009

RANDOLPH, N..H — Rachel Marie Metivier, 26, of Lewiston, was taken away unexpectedly July 3, in Randolph, N.H. She was raised in the Gray-New Gloucester area, and graduated from the local schools. After high school, she graduated from Bernard’s School of Cosmetology. She was employed at Cloud 9 Day Spa in Lewiston as a well-known cosmetologist.

She touched the lives of many people with her beautiful smile and positive passion for life, living each day to the fullest with her devoted family and friends. The simple things in life like the great outdoors and nature brought her a great deal of joy and happiness.

She was fascinated with health and fitness, and enjoyed the gym. Her children were her world. She was the most loving and understanding mother, daughter, sister and friend anyone could ever know.

She will be forever remembered by her fiancé, Christopher Caron; son, Jayden Metivier; daughter, Tyanna Caron; father, Dave Metivier and fiancé, Margaret Rapp; mother, Susan Araujo and husband, Gary; her sister, Katie Greenwood and husband, Randall, and nephews, Adam and Isaac Greenwood; brother, Dave Metivier; sisters, Leah Metivier and Hannah Araujo; grandparents, Priscilla Tucker, Jean Metivier and Robert Metivier; and many other friends and family blessed to know her.

She was predeceased by her uncle, Scott Libbey.
