Jeannette Ella Kimball

WEST PARIS — Jeannette Ella Kimball, 89, of Locke Mills, died at the Ledgeview Living Center on July 18.
She was born in Locke Mills, Aug. 6, 1920, the daughter of LaForest and Annie Kimball, attended Locke Mills schools and graduated from Gould Academy, Class of 1937.
She married C. Mellon Kimball of East Bethel on June 2, 1940 at the Kimball homestead in East Bethel and they had three children.
She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Greenwood Historical Society and the Locke Mills Union Church.
She is survived by one son, Glendon Kimball of Greenwood; grandchildren, Lee Ann Wright of Bethel, Bethany Pelletier of Hanover, Hannah Malley of Bethel, Hilary Kimball of Mississippi, and Christopher Henley of Pennsylvania; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Phyllis) Coolidge of Greenwood and Elaine Sue Henley of Parker, Colo.; and one sister, Yvonne Porter.
