PORTLAND — The Portland Regional Chamber announces that Adam DeSanctis is the new manager of communications and marketing.
DeSanctis, a 2009 graduate of the University of Maine, is a member of the Eastern Ski Writers Association and a freelance writer for Snow East Magazine. Originally from Jay, he is the son of Joe (Brent ) and Anne DeSanctis of Jay. He looks forward to networking and serving the businesses and people of the Portland region.
By understanding the importance of social networking, DeSanctis plans on implementing communications through Web sites such as Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter. Additional plans for a Chamber “blog” are also being considered.
