Jimmy Aplin, 39, Wilton, violating protective order, violation of condition of release on March 13, violating protective order, violating condition of release on March 14, sentenced to six months each charge.

Ronald N. Artrip, 36, Stratton, failure to register vehicle on March 9, found guilty, fined $100.

Richard A. Atwood, 21, New Sharon, attaching false plates on March 17, found guilty, fined $100.

Richard A. Atwood, 21, New Sharon, failure to stop-provide information on Feb. 28, found guilty, fined $250.

Nickk E. Ayala, 39, Mount Vernon, operating under the influence-2 priors, operating vehicle without license on April 17, permanently transferred to Superior Court.

Calder Bales, 25, Buxton, possession of marijuana on April 19, offense committed, fined $350.

Elliot L. Barden Sr., 46, Temple, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Dec. 13, 2007, found guilty, fined $400.

William E. Baker, 25, Phillips, operating/permitting operation of unregistered motorboat on May 31, waived, fined $100.

Kegan Y. Barrett, 21, Palermo, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on April 27, by default, fined $300.

Dakota J. Barry, 21, Farmington, failure to present ATV registration on April 25, offense committed, fined $100.

Joseph Beisaw, 18, Jay, operating unregistered ATV, operating ATV on private road on April 26, offenses committed, fined $100 each.

Denis Bernier, 56, Bowdoin, operating ATV on public way on June 3, adjudicated, fined $100.

Robert W. Bernier, 40, Farmington, domestic violence assault on Aug. 12, 2008, probation violation, sentenced to 90 days, probation partially revoked.

Loando V. Brann, 46, Dixfield, harvest operator failing to pay within 45 days on Dec. 20, 2007, Dec. 23, 2007, Dec. 27, 2007, Jan 1, 2008, Jan. 6, 2008, Jan. 7, 2008, Jan. 22, 2008, Jan. 26, 2008, Jan. 29, 2008, three counts of harvest operator failing to pay within 45 days on Jan 15, 2008, found guilty on four counts, fined $1,000 each charge with all but $250 suspended, restitution of $1,530, all other charges dismissed.

Joseph Buckman Jr., 19, Farmington, harassment by telephone on March 7, dismissed.

Donald K. Burhoe, 45, Jay, allowing dog to be at large on March 26, by default, fined $100.

Peter A. Buxton, 49, Madrid, indecent Conduct on May 8, found guilty, fined $300.

Larry R. Cain, 34, Industry, violation of rule smelts closed waters on April 19, waived, fined $120.

Andrea Callahan, 41, Farmington, failure to register vehicle on May 8, waived, fined $100.

Jennifer Carley, 26, Chesterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release on April 24, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 30 days, restitution of $35.95; second charge dismissed.

Jonathan M. Carlton, 19, Jay, fish violation of  number, amount, weight or size on April 26, waived, fined $120.

Marc A. Chabot, no age listed in court record, Auburn, two counts of fish violation of number, amount, weight or size on May 25, waived, fined $140 on first charge; fined $120 on second charge.

Freeman Travis Chick, 33, Industry, fishing without valid license, violation of rule smelts closed waters on April 19, waived, fined $100 on first charge; fined $120 on second charge.

David Coffren, 25, South Paris, operating after habitual offender revocation on Sept. 2, 2008, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 15 days.

Alden N. Collet, 20, Freeport, minor possessing liquor on May 1, offense committed, 30 hours of community service.

Thomas A. Coolidge, 24, Farmington, operating under the influence on May 5, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours, license suspended 90 days.

Joel Coolong, 24, Strong, cultivating marijuana, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug on April 8, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second charge dismissed.

Christopher R. Cowin, 30, New Vineyard, domestic violence assault on May 18, sent to jury trial.

Margaret A. Cowin, 23, New Vineyard, domestic violence assault on May 18, sent to jury trial.

Ray L. Danforth Jr., 37, Rangeley, criminal trespass, violating condition of release on June 12, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to 25 days each charge.

Dale A. Degreenia, 36, Wilton, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on Feb. 23, 2008, dismissed.

Krista Dekker, 22, Stratton, operating while license suspended or revoked, attaching false plates on April 18, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second charge dismissed.

Carl W. Demshar, 70, Carrabassett Valley, out of door burning violation on May 26, waived, fined $100.

Michael W. Deschenes, 48, Farmington, violating fishing rule on May 3, adjudicated, fined $100.

Ashley D. Dexter, 23, Skowhegan, criminal mischief, criminal trespass on April 30, found guilty, fined $100, restitution of $538.83; second charge dismissed.

Travis C. Dill, 19, Farmington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 12, found guilty, fined $100, restitution of $50.92.

Joshua B. Douglass, 20, Bridgton, minor possessing liquor on Dec. 31, 2008, filed with cost of $300.

Joshua D. Douholuk, 21, North Woodstock, N.H., minor possessing liquor, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on April 18, possession of marijuana on April 19, by default, fined $200 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge; fined $350 on third charge.

Shannon L. Dupree, 32, Temple, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release on April 16, sent to jury trial.
