FARMINGTON — The following cases were closed recently in 12th District Court:

Benjamin I. Gammon, 25, Phillips, failure to register vehicle on Feb. 15, waived, fined $100.

Keith A. Gardner, 36, Phillips, operating ATV in prohibited area on May 5, offense committed, fined $100.

Shawne R. Gardner, 35, Farmington, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 19, found guilty, fined $250.

Casey Geiger, 28, Eustis, attaching false plates on Dec. 27, 2008, found guilty, fined $100.

Ambra Sheehan Gerrish, 34, Chesterville, keeping unlicensed dog, allowing dog to be at large on April 25, offenses committed, fined $100 on first charge; fined $100 and restitution of $180 on second charge.

Zachary Good, 19, Westbrook, possession of marijuana on March 12, by default, fined $350.

Seth Gordon, 19, Wilton, domestic violence terrorizing, violating condition of release of Feb. 13, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 14 days.

Seth Gordon, 19, Wilton, domestic violence assault, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Feb. 13, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 14 days; second charge dismissed.
