MEXICO — A 33-year-old Rumford woman
was arrested Wednesday on felony charges related to a May 24
break-in.

Mexico Sgt. Roy Hodsdon said Terra
Tidswell of Cumberland Street, Rumford, was charged with felony theft
of $16,500 cash, $350 in jewelry and felony theft of 16 prescription
OxyContin pills from a Tucker Street residence. She was also charged
with criminal mischief because of the forced entry into the home.

She was taken to the Oxford
County Jail where she is being held on $5,000 cash bail, as well as
another $5,000 cash bail on other warrants issued by the Rumford
Police Department.

Hodsdon said Tidswell is scheduled to

He said a man believed involved the case is expected to be arrested soon on the same
charges.

Capt. Dan Garbarini and Sgt.
James Bernard of the Rumford Police Department assisted with the
arrest.

In a separate matter, Hodsdon said a
warrant has been issued for Michael Thomas Early, 27, of Main Street. He will be charged with seven counts of sexual abuse
of a 15-year-old girl between April and July 23, which is when the
report came in.

Anyone with information on his
whereabouts is asked to call the Mexico Police Department at
