John Joseph Hansen, 22, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 21, 2009, dismissed.

Robert E. Hayes Jr., 39, Mexico, failure to register vehicle on April 12, 2009, found guilty, fined $100.

Jeffrey R. Heissler, 38, Allentown, N.J., fishing without valid license on June 13, 2009, waived, fined $100.

Joshua K. Henderson, 18, Peru, operating unregistered ATV on June 7, 2009, offense committed, fined $100.

Nathan W. Henderson, 18, Rumford, operating vehicle without license on March 31, 2009, found guilty, fined $100.

Tina G. Howard, 46, Mexico, permit unlawful use, violating condition of release on Feb. 11, 2009, both charges dismissed.

Howard E. Jones, 41, Dixfield, operating without safety equipment on April 1, 2009, guilty by default, fined $75.

Niklaus J. Justard, 20, Rumford, minor possessing liquor on Jan. 1, 2009, dismissed.

Peter R. MacGregor, 20, Rumford, operating under the influence, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction on Jan. 1, 2009, first charge found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours, license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed. 

Gregory A. Mailhot, 18, Canton, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 9, 2009, found guilty, fined $250.

Hillary J. McLaughlin, 27, Dixfield, allowing dog to be at large on June 1, 2009, waived, fined $50.

Eric R. Zitolia, 24, Roxbury, operating while license suspended or revoked, violating condition of release on April 25, 2009, first charge found guilty, fined $250; second charge found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.
