Carmen Dostie
AUBURN — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Carmen Dostie was celebrated by the Rev. Richard McLaughlin Tuesday at Sacred Heart Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish. During Mass, the first reading was read by Carmen’s great-granddaughter, Samantha Morency, the second reading was read by Carmen’s great-granddaughter, Deanna Morency, the prayer of the faithful was read by Carmen’s daughter, Cookie Caron. The offertory gifts were brought to the altar by Carmen’s daughter, Claudette Morency and Carmen’s son, Richard Dostie. After a procession to St. Peter’s Cemetery, Father McLaughlin recited committal prayers then asked Carmen’s daughter Cookie Caron to share words of remembrance. Pallbearers were Grant and Gary Caron, Kevin and Tyrone Dostie, Robert Morency Jr. and Keith Driscoll. At the conclusion of services, all were invited to a reception of fellowship at the home of Francis and Edie Dostie. Arrangements by Dillingham & Son Memorial Chapel, Auburn.
