SCARBOROUGH — Robert E. Fogg II of Portland and Bushnell, Fla., lost his two year battle with cancer on Aug. 10, surrounded by his family at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House.
He was born in Belfast, April 28, 1959, spending his childhood in Miami, Fla., and Portland, the son of Robert E. Fogg Sr. and Barbara Brown.

He is survived by his five brothers, Harold Brown, Steve Brown, Bruce Brown, Denis Fogg and Eric Fogg; four sons, Robert E. Fogg III, Derrick Fogg, Curtis Fogg and Corey Fogg; and two grandchildren, Robert E. Fogg IV and Grace Fogg.
