CLERMONT, Fla. (AP) – Leaflets depicting President Obama in ghoulish makeup similar to that of the Joker from the Batman movie, “The Dark Knight,” have popped up in a Florida county northwest of Orlando.

Some of the fliers were glued to a mail box at a U.S. Post Office in downtown Clermont in Lake County, Fla. and others were found on a traffic light power box.

Clermont’s postmaster has contacted the Postal Inspector’s office to investigate the case. Postmaster Willie Montgomery says it’s a federal crime to deface federal property.
