WILTON — The East Wilton Union Church has announced that it will be featuring the music of New Beginnings at 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 16.
New Beginnings is a husband and wife duet, Ron and Deb Hodge of Winthrop. They offer a blend of traditional, southern and bluegrass gospel music. The Hodges travel throughout Maine and New England with their ministry. “We count it a privilege to have the opportunity to share the good news of Jesus Christ and his saving grace,” said Ron Hodge
The concert is one in a series of “Concerts on the Lawn” at the East Wilton church. Residents are invited to bring a lawn chair. The concert will be held rain or shine. If it rains, the concert will be in the church. All are welcome. The concert is free, there will be an opportunity for a free-will offering.
