Karen Melissa Stufflebeam of Litchfield recently graduated from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology in Boston, Mass., with a master of arts in counseling psychology.

Stufflebeam is a 2003 graduate of Oak Hill High School, Sabattus, and a 2006 graduate of the University of Maine at Orono where she earned a bachelor of arts in psychology.

She has been accepted into the Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program at MSPP. Upon completion, she plans to return to Maine and work with those who suffer from obsessive compulsive disorder and also plans write a book.

She is employed at McLean Hospital in Belmont, Mass., in the Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Institute, working with a team of counselors that treat obsessive compulsive disorder spectrum disorders.

She is the daughter of Mark and Melissa Stufflebeam of Litchfield.
