FARMINGTON — LEAP Inc. will sponsor AAA’s driver improvement course for mature operators.
The AAA of Northern New England’s “Safe Driving for Mature Operators Program” is a four-hour classroom program. The course is designed for those age 55 and older who are interested in the effects aging has on their driving ability. The DVD and lecture based course is designed to increase safe driving awareness and confidence behind the wheel. Discussions are led by AAA trained and certified instructors.
The course will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 26, at LEAP’s Training Center, 508 Fairbanks Road.

information will be sent upon registration.
Maine residents 55+ are entitled to a mandatory insurance premium discount upon completion of the course. Certain conditions and restrictions apply. Course prices are
$20 for AAA members; $25, non-AAA members.
