AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Dusty Alexander, 21, Mechanic Falls, stealing drugs, unlawful use of license on July 29, 2008, both charges dismissed.

Hassan S. Ali, 22, Lewiston, operate while license suspended or revoked, prior on August 15, 2008, filed with cost of $200.

Jonathan Amadei, 27, Auburn, aggravated criminal mischief on March 28, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to 2 years, all suspended, 2 year probation, restitution of $8,039.83, community service 100 hours within.

Yolanda K. Anyanwu, 35, Lewiston, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on Dec. 8, 2006, probation violation, sentenced to 8 months, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Yolanda K. Anyanwu, 35, Lewiston, assault on Feb. 25, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to 45 days.

Yolanda K. Anyanwu, 35, Auburn, domestic violence assault, violating condition of release on Nov. 25, 2008, both charges dismissed.

Russell E. Arbo, 24, Lisbon Falls, theft by receiving stolen property on Nov. 8, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to 7 days, restitution of $440.

Joshua Arnold, 20, Brunswick, burglary on June 12, 2008, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal mischief on June 16, 2008, first charge sentenced to 2 years, all suspended, 2 year probation, restitution of $588.85; second charge sentenced to 2 years, all suspended, 2 year probation, restitution of $588.85; third charge sentenced to 38 days, all suspended.

Joshua Arnold, 20, Greensboro, NC, criminal threatening on July 3, 2008, guilty, sentenced to 38 days.

Jacob Alvin Arundel, 27, Lewiston, assault on an emergency medical care provider, assault on an emergency medical care provider on May 25, 2007, both charges sentenced to 355 days, probation revoked.

Adam Ashburn, 30, Lewiston, reckless conduct on Dec. 7, 2008, found guilty, fined $150.

Laura M. Ayer, 23, Lewiston, forgery on May 28, 2008, probation violation, sentenced to 30 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Nicholas M. Ayer, 20, Lewiston, assault on July 11, 2008, filed with no cost.

Roberta Bailey, 23, Farmington, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 10, 2006, first charge probation violation, sentenced to 20 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued; second charge probation violation, sentenced to 20 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Renee J. Barkley, 38, Lewiston, operating under the influence – 1 prior, operate vehicle without license – cond/restric on Dec. 14, 2007, first charge fined $700, sentenced to 7 days, license suspended 18 months; second charge dismissed.

Manuel Basaldua III, 20, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on June 2, 2008, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 6 months, all but 48 hours suspended, community service 60 hours within  9 months.

Deanna Bean, 47, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Feb. 5, 2008, probation violation, sentenced to 2 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Daniel Beaulieu, 21, Lewiston, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon on July 12, 2006, probation violation, sentenced to 2 years, probation revoked.

Amanda Mae Benoit, 20, Jay, burglary, assault, aggravated assault, aggravated assault, assault on Dec. 7, 2008, fist charge found guilty, sentenced to 2 years 6 months, all but 100 days suspended, 2 year probation, restitution of $1,671.64, community service 30 hours within; second charge found guilty, sentenced to 100 days; third, fourth and fifth charges dismissed.

Cory Brewster, 44, Livermore, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 29, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to 18 months, all but 30 days suspended, 2 year probation, restitution of $1,500.

Joseph A. Brochu, 33, Greene, burglary, violating condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 28, 2008, first charge found guilty, sentenced to 16 months, all but 3 days suspended, 2 year probation, restitution of $500; second and third charges dismissed.
