Stephen D. Crandall, 30, Farmington, failure to appear-fugitive from justice, unpaid fine/fees, Aug. 18, no bail listed, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.
• Tammy Jordan, 43, Wilton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Aug. 19, no bail listed, Wilton Police Department.
