Robert A. Labbe recently graduated cum laude from the University of New England with a bachelor of science degree in applied exercise science. Labbe is a 2005 graduate of Lewiston High School where he was active in numerous clubs, sports and National Honor Society. He served his class as president for four years.

While at UNE Labbe played lacrosse for four years while maintaining a 3.49 grade point average. He plans to continue his education, pursuing a teaching certificate in science. He is the son of Tony and LuAnn Labbe of Lewiston, brother of Deneiges of USM-LAC and Maria Labbe of St. Joseph’s College.

Deneiges V. Labbe recently graduated with a master’s degree in occupational therapy from the University of Southern Maine Lewiston Auburn Campus. Deneiges is a 2003 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 2005 graduated of Becker College in Worcester, Mass., where she received an associate degree in physical therapy.

She was also a member of the Becker field hockey team where she was recognized on the NAC All-Tournament Team. She then received a bachelor’s degree in health sciences from the University of Southern Maine, graduating magna cum laude.

While as USM-LA pursuing her OT degree, she was nominated to represent her school as a delegate to AOTA National Conference in Long Beach, Calif. In her final year she presented her master’s research, along with her team, at the AOTA national conference in Texas. Deneiges is the daughter of Tony and LuAnn Labbe of Lewiston, sister of Robert Labbe of UNE and Maria Labbe of St. Joseph’s College.
