Kelsey Rioux, daughter of Sue and Michael Rioux of Durham, graduated on May 17 during commencement at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Geneva, N.Y.
Rioux graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics and environmental studies, magna cum laude. She also studied in London.
