NORWAY — The MaineHealth Learning Resource Center at Stephens Memorial Hospital is offering the Living Well – Chronic Disease Self Management Program from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Thursdays, Sept. 10 through Oct. 15, in the Harper Conference Center in the Ripley Medical Building next to the  hospital.

Living Well is a six-week program for anyone living with a long-term health problem such as asthma, arthritis, COPD, diabetes or obesity. During the class participants will learn how to set goals that are do-able, find ways to relax, manage stress, find support and solutions to problems and make daily tasks easier.
