NORWAY — The Norway Parks and Recreation Department will conduct a kindergarten soccer program from 8 to 8:45 a.m. Saturdays, Sept. 12, 19, 26 and Oct. 3, at the baseball field behind Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School.
The registration fee is $25; participants will receive a T-shirt and soccer ball. Nonresidents are also welcome to sign up.
The T-shirt order needs to go in on Thursday, Aug. 20, in order to be ready for the first day of the program. Participants who register after Aug. 20 may not receive a shirt.
The department is looking for volunteers to help run the skill stations. A coach’s clinic will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Sept. 1, 2 and 3, at the Gouin Sports Complex. Volunteers need only attend one of the sessions.
