AUBURN — The following cases were closed recently in Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Raymond J. Niemi, 43, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation-two priors, violating condition of release, failing to stop for officer, driving to endanger on Nov. 15, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to two years, six months with all but nine months, one day suspended, probation two years; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 90 days; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Brent L. Niskanen, 28, Mechanic Falls, assault, violating condition of release, domestic violence criminal threatening, obstructing report of crime on Oct. 19, 2008, all dismissed.

Brent L. Niskanen, 28, Mechanic Falls, domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening, criminal trespass on June 22, 2008, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 23 days.

Rachel L. O’Connor-Hughes, 45, Lewiston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Feb. 8, 2007, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to one year with all but 21 days suspended, probation two years.

Avery S. Olbrych, 19, Montreal, Canada, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 14, 2008, filed with no cost.

Daniel Albert Ouellette, 46, Stratton, operating after habitual offender revocation, violating condition of release on July 8, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 30 days.

Daniel Albert Ouellette, 46, Skowhegan, disorderly conduct on Oct. 2, 2008, dismissed.

George A. Ouellette, 19, Lisbon Falls, two counts of criminal mischief on June 27, 2008, found guilty, fined $200 each charge, restitution of $85 on one charge.

Kenneth K. Ouellette, 40, Auburn, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, criminal trespass on Oct. 19, 2008, dismissed.

Lisa Diane Ouellette, 39, Auburn, assault on Oct. 23, 2008, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 30 days.

Darcy A. Pabst, 24, Lewiston, elevated aggravated assault, aggravated assault on March 5, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to five years with all but six months suspended, probation three years, 300 hours of community service.

Donna M. Pagnani, 26, Auburn, criminal mischief on Aug. 16, 2008, dismissed.

Brian Joseph Paladino, 33, Auburn, burglary, two counts of aggravated assault, three counts of criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, illegal possession of firearm or crossbow on Dec. 22, 2008, found guilty on one count of aggravated assault, sentenced to 10 years; found guilty on one count of criminal threatening, sentenced to four years; all other charges dismissed.

Christopher Lamont Palmer, 21, Gray, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Sept. 7, 2008, dismissed.

Joshua Paradis, 19, Auburn, two counts of burglary, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two counts of theft by receiving stolen property on April 14, 2008, found guilty on one count of receiving stolen property, sentenced to two years with all but 202 days suspended, probation two years, restitution of $4,385; all other charges dismissed.

Jason P. Parent, 27, Lewiston, burglary on July 2, 2001, probation violation, sentenced to 18 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Adam Parker, 23, Surprize, Ariz., operating under the influence July 26, 2008, driving to endanger on June 26, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000, license suspended 30 days.

Archie Parzini, 45, Livermore Falls, violating protective order on Oct. 7, 2008, dismissed.

James Thomas Pelham, 38, Portland, aggravated assault on Dec. 29, 2007, sentenced to 110 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Daniel H. Pellegrini, 35, Litchfield, domestic violence assault, obstructing report of crime, domestic violence criminal threatening on March 16, 2008, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 364 days all suspended, probation one year.

Derek Pleau, 24, Lewiston, assault, criminal mischief, operating under the influence-one prior, disorderly conduct on Nov. 21, 2007, found guilty on fourth charge, unconditional discharge; all other charges dismissed.

Shannon D. Rice, 33, Lewiston, forgery on Nov. 30, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to two years, six months all suspended, probation three years, restitution of $11,585.46, 240 hours of community service within 25 months.

Joel D. Richard, 21, Rumford, driving to endanger, reckless conduct on Aug. 1, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575.
