Eggs & Issues Seminar
The River Valley Chamber of Commerce along with the River Valley Growth Council has invited Tony Payne, the Executive Director of the Alliance for Maine’s Future to present “The Stubborn Facts of the Maine Economy.” The Alliance for Maine’s Future, a statewide non-partisan organization advocates for a strong Maine economy. His presentation highlights the challenges Maine must confront if we are to measurably improve our economic health and create career opportunities here in Maine for our children. A statewide, non-profit, non-partisan organization; its objective is to hold legislators accountable for a healthy Maine economy through workplace education and voter action. Their affiliated political action committee works to elect candidates who will support the growth and vitality of the private sector.
This month’s seminar will be held at Sam’s Foods in Rumford from 7:30am to 9am on September 23rd. Please RSVP to Cherri Crockett at info@rivervalleychamber.com or 364-3241 by September 16. Chamber Members pay only $8, non-Chamber Members pay $10 for Breakfast and Seminar.
