AUBURN — The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court: 

Dana R. Brousseau, 54, Greene, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction on Oct. 23, 2008, dismissed.

Tyler Scott Bryant, 21, Auburn, robbery, reckless conduct on July 10, 2008, first charge dismissed; sentenced to 18 months with all but 60 days suspended and probation two years on second charge.

Martin R. Buck, 40, Turner, operating after habitual offender revocation on July 30, 2008, found guilty, fined $750, sentenced to three months.

Thomas Buck, 27, Livermore, operating under the influence-two priors, violating condition of release, operating without license-condition/restriction on Sept. 6, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,100, sentenced to 18 months with all but 90 days suspended, probation one year, six months, license suspended four years, registration suspended; second and third charges dismissed.

Thomas J. Buck, 27, Livermore, disorderly conduct-loud unreasonable noise on July 20, 2008, dismissed.

Brian Bunnell, 31, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on Nov. 7, 2008, dismissed.

Glenn Gary Bunnell Jr., 43, Lewiston, two counts of domestic violence assault on Sept. 28, 2008, found guilty on one count, fined $500; second count dismissed.

Michael D. Burgess, 40, Leeds, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release on July 14, 2008, all charges dismissed.

Jason S. Burke, 29, Abington, Mass., operating under the influence on July 12, 2007, driving to endanger on March 24, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575, license suspended 30 days.

Lawrence D. Burnell, 31, Lewiston, sexual abuse of minor on Nov. 23, 2004, probation violation, sentenced to 21 months, 15 days, probation partially revoked.

Christopher Gerald Burns, 27, Auburn, domestic violence criminal threatening, reckless conduct on July 27, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $750.

Lawrence J. Cabezal, 36, Hollywood, Fla., two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors, two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle on March 16, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to 60 days each on first two counts; sentenced to 30 days each on second two counts. 

Tanya J. Cahill, 23, Lewiston, burglary, three counts of aggravated assault, assault on Dec. 7, 2008, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to five years with all but nine months suspended, probation three years, restitution of $1,671.64; found guilty on one count of aggravated assault, sentenced to five years with all but nine months suspended, probation three years, restitution of $1,671.64; all other charges dismissed.

Brian Cameron, 45, Poland, operating under the influence-no test-one prior, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, driving to endanger on Aug. 27, 2008, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $575, license suspended 30 days.

Jeremy Andrew Camire, 32, Lisbon, operating under the influence-no test-one prior on July 2, 2008, sentenced to 12 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Lisa Marie Carbonneau, 31, Saco, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors on March 9, 2006, probation violation, probation continued.

Reno J. Cyr, 44, Auburn, domestic violence stalking, violating protective order on July 23, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days and probation two years on first charge; sentenced to 364 days all suspended and probation two years on second charge.

Robert E. Davis Sr., 68, Lewiston, two counts of gross sexual assault, two counts of unlawful sexual contact on May 26, 2007, first two counts dismissed; probation violation on second two counts, sentenced to seven days and probation partially revoked and continued on one count, sentenced to six years with all but 30 days suspended and probation six years on one count.

Richard Dehart, 44, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Sept. 22, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.
