Elizabeth D. Moreau of Greene has been named to the dean’s list for both the fall and spring semesters at the Culinary Institute of Americas in Hyde Park, N.Y.

She is enrolled in the bachelor program majoring in culinary arts and is participating in an 18-week externship at the Chatham Bars Inn in
Cape Cod, Mass. Externships enable students to work in their culinary
field over an extended period of time to practice their craft.

Moreau is the daughter of Philippe and Anne Moreau of Greene. She is a 2008 graduate of Leavitt Area High School.
