LEWISTON — SeniorsPlus, the area agency on aging, will hold its second annual Aging Well Living Well Expo at Sunday River’s Grand Summit Resort on Friday, Oct. 2. The expo will provide a day of experiencing aging well, with activities and workshops.

Participants may attend workshops and events inside and will have an opportunity to ride Sunday River’s new Chondola to view the fall foliage from the top of the mountain. Keynote addresses by author Lee Ann Szelog and Chief Medical Officer of Martin’s Point Healthcare, Dr. Betsy Johnson, will highlight the day.

Workshops will include topics such as Nordic walking, yoga, brain aerobics, try zumba and staying active with arthritis. Attendees will also be able to try Nintendo’s Wii Fit and join a raffle to win a complete system.
