Memorial Library where children will receive a sheet listing the location of all the
activities and the participating businesses in the festival.

- Smokey Bear and Ranger Brad will be on the streets of Norway from 2 to 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, to greet children and adults participating in the annual Norway Halloween Fest. There will be trick or treats, a scavenger hunt, dance, music, food, the chance to meet the Cat In The Hat, Samantha the Skunk, Dorothy, Toto and Pennywise Owl. The adventure starts at the Norway Memorial Library where children will receive a sheet listing the location of all the activities and the participating businesses in the festival.
