WATERVILLE, Maine (AP) – Waterville police and the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency say they’ve broken up a substantial cocaine ring following raids in five locations and four arrests.
Police say several people have been responsible for the sale of more than 100 grams of cocaine in recent months. The raids were carried out Monday morning at the Bob-In Bar and three residences in Waterville, and one residence in Madison.
Police say much of the illegal activity was taking place inside the Bob-In bar.
Police say they’ve seized records and evidence that some of the residences searched had been used for the processing and packaging of illegal drugs.
