• Carole Dunn, 48, of 685 Sabattus St., on charges of disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest, 12:33 a.m. Wednesday at that address..

• David Violette, 60, of 99 College St., on a warrant charging two counts of terrorizing and a charge of violating bail, 12:23 a.m. Wednesday in Lewiston.

• Justin Simpson, 28, of 84 Oxford St., on two counts of assault and charges of domestic assault and carrying a concealed weapon, 4:04 a.m. Wednesday at 274 Webber St.

• Allen Howell, 25, of 135 Bartlett St., on a warrant, 5:10 p.m. Wednesday at that address.

• Shane Keene, 20, of 667 Park Ave., on a charge of domestic assault, 11:42 a.m. Wednesday at that address.

Androscoggin County

• Shane Lacasse, 33, of 523 Royalsborough Road, Durham, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant, 11:03 p.m. Tuesday at the county building, Auburn.

• Roger Needham, 55, of 82 Madison Ave., Auburn, arrested by Maine State Police on a charge of driving while intoxicated, 12:17 a.m. Wednesday at Route 4, Livermore.

• Fernando Beaucage, 35, of 16 Parker Way, Turner, arrested by Maine State Police on a charge of violating bail, 12:40 a.m. Wednesday on Route 4, Livermore.

• Derek Bennett, 27, of 39 Pleasant St., Mechanic Falls, arrested by Mechanic Falls police on a probation hold, 4:08 p.m. Wednesday on Fifth Avenue.

• Matthew Bramlett, 23, of 1268 West Road, Litchfield, arrested by Maine State Police on charges of failure to stop for an officer and driving to endanger, 5:10 p.m. Wednesday in Lewiston.

Lewiston

• Vehicles driven by Kerry A. O’Brien, 53, of Topsham, and Annette R. Braxton, 51, of Lewiston, collided at 5:45 p.m. Monday at Bartlett and Pine streets. Damage to O’Brien’s 1999 Toyota was estimated at $3,000; to the 1999 Dodge, driven by Braxton and owned by Samantha Elaine Delgado, $2,000.

• Vehicles driven by Gerard Morin, 84, and Yvette R. Pelletier, 80, both of Lewiston, collided at 3:55 p.m. Tuesday in the U.S. Post Office parking lot at 999 Lisbon St. Damage to Morin’s 2009 Hyundai was estimated at $2,000; to Pelletier’s 2001 Hyundai, $400.
