Between 6 a.m. Dec. 27 and 6 a.m. Dec. 3, patrol officers responded to 84 complaints. Basic traffic stops are not given a complaint number.
Arrests/Summonses:
On Dec. 28 — 2:14 p.m., Tracy Guillemette, 39, of Rumford was charged by Ptl. Donald Miller with assault on Rumford Avenue. Guillemette is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Feb. 2.
On Dec. 28 — 2:14 p.m., Russell Dupree, 46, of Rumford was charged by Ptl. Donald Miller with disorderly conduct on Rumford Avenue. Dupree is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Feb. 2.
On Dec. 28 — 7:37 p.m., Zachery Giberson, 19, of Rumford was charged by Sgt. Tracey Higley with theft and illegal possession of alcohol by a minor on Waldo Street. Giberson is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Feb. 2.
On Dec. 30 — 10 p.m., Daniel Pattee, 53, of Rumford was charged by Ptl. Lawrence Winson with operating under the influence on East Bethel Road. Pattee posted $400 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on March 2.
On Dec. 31 — 11:10 p.m., Richard Downs, 59, of Rumford was charged by Sgt. F. David Bean with disorderly conduct on Waldo Street. Downs was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Feb. 2.
On Jan. 1 — 12:19 a.m., a 17-year-old male juvenile from Mexico was charged by Ptl. Lawrence Winson with illegal possession of marijuana on Swain Road. Juvenile is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Feb. 2.
Criminal Mischief:
On Dec. 27 — 1:04 p.m., Rumford Avenue resident reported her windshield on her car was smashed by a neighbor. The case is under investigation with possible charges pending.
Theft:
On Dec. 27 — 7:57 p.m., Prospect Avenue resident reported theft of medication. The case is under investigation.
On Dec. 28 — 11:06 a.m., Waldo Street business reported theft of alcohol. The case is under investigation.
On Dec. 29 — 8:41 a.m., Bridge Street business reported theft of $14 in gas. The case is under investigation.
Wanted:
Adam Keefe, 26, of Dixfield is wanted for failure to pay fines, operating under the influence and operating without a license.
