Currently, I am quite frustrated with Maine’s senators.

Sens. Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins must stand up for humanity over party lines.

The process is taking far too long when the need for reform is now. I was quite pleased that Snowe understood the importance of history on her Senate Finance Committee vote. Yet, on the Christmas Eve vote, I was disappointed to see Snowe and Collins forgot that the majority of Mainers are begging for reform.

I think it is time for us to fight for the millions with insurance nightmares.

It’s time to pass health care reform because “when history calls, history calls.”
