POLAND SPRING — The wedding of Jessica Lynn Thistle and Justin Warren Smith was held at 5 p.m. on Sept. 26 at All Souls Chapel in Poland Spring. Mary Ellen Goss, grandmother of the bride, officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Smith is the daughter of Lynn Sheloske of Poland and Larry and Barbara Thistle of Auburn. Mr. Smith is the son of Julie and Keith Beaule of Minot and Warren and Bonnie Smith of Greene.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a strapless satin A-line gown with chiffon, split front, metallic embroidery and chapel train. She carried a bouquet of red and white Gerber daisies.
Amanda Reichel, best friend of the bride, was best lady. Junior bridesmaid was Hannah Thistle, sister of the bride. Flower girl was Jayna Thistle, niece of the bride.
Keith Beaule, stepfather of the bridegroom, was best man. Usher was Evan Beaule, brother of the bridegroom.
A reception followed at the Carriage House in Lewiston. The couple honeymooned in Ocho Rios in Jamaica in October. They are residing in Auburn.
