HEBRON — Janelle Bradish dropped in 21 points to lead Hebron to a 45-29 win over Buckfield in high school girls’ basketball action Tuesday.

Hebron held Buckfield to just four points in the second period, then outscored the Bucks, 18-5, in the third to put the game away. Emma Leavitt added 10 points and Emily Powers six points for Hebron (7-4). Alicia Patrice scored nine points and Sami Jones six to lead Buckfield (1-11).

Boys’ basketball

Waynflete 72, Gould 37

BETHEL — Nat Malra scored the game-high 20 points and teammates Bill Gardiner and Ngool Mal each scored 13 as Waynflete Academy (4-8) whipped Gould Academy, 72-37, in a boys’ basketball game Tuesday.

Waynflete had the upper hand the entire game, building a 40-13 halftime lead.

For Gould (3-6), Will Bunge dropped in the team-high 14 points.
