Evan J. Minichiello, 21, Milford, possession of marijuana on Aug. 23, 2009, dismissed.
Evan J. Minichiello, 21, Milford, fishing without valid license on Aug. 23, 2009, found guilty, fined $350.
Frank G. Moody Jr., 30, Jay, criminal mischief on July 14, 2009, found guilty, fined $500, restitution of $269.98.
Jason D. Moody, 38, Farmington, assault, terrorizing on June 4, 2009, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 45 days all suspended, probation one year.
Zackary P. Moore, 25, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 5, 2008, dismissed.
Christian T. Morgan, 26, New Vineyard, domestic violence assault on Nov. 15, 2008, sentenced to seven days, probation partially revoked and continued.
Ashley Morrissette, 19, Orono, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 7, 2009, found guilty, fined $100.

Chad N. Simoneau, 19, Farmington, theft by receiving stolen property, violating condition of release on Sept. 3, 2009, sent to jury trial.

Ryan Skidgell, 20, Carthage, minor possessing liquor on Sept. 19, 2009, offense committed, fined $200.

Christian A. Smith, 27, Farmington, altering vehicle after inspection on Aug. 31, 2009, found guilty, fined $50.

Bridgette A. Spencer, 27, Wilton, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on July 29, 2009, found guilty, fined $500.
