A group of Cub Scouts from Androscoggin Valley Pack 007 work on building their box sled on Tuesday night at Farwell School in Lewiston. The Scouts were building their sleds using only cardboard boxes and duct tape for an upcoming race to be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, at Lost Valley Ski Area, as part of the Auburn Winter Festival. More than 30 sleds are expected to compete in what has become an annual event.
