Maine blues duo Jessica Heines and Steve Bailey will appear Friday, Jan. 29, at She Doesn’t Like Guthries in Lewiston. On Saturday, Jan. 30, Auburn duo Jan and Jerry, above, will perform at the restaurant/cafe at 115 Middle St. Jan Mayes recently returned from Virginia, where she performed as a band leader for several years, and has been playing solo gigs around southern Maine. Jerry Joe Carrier, who plays guitar, bass, harmonica and melodica, has played solo for several years under the name Jerry Joe. Both shows start at 9 p.m. There is no cover.
