• Robert Kanner, 22, Fairfield, driving under the influence-drugs, Jan. 26, $3,000 unsecured bail, court appearance March 18, Farmington Police Department.
• Chad Vintinner, 37, Mercer, driving under the influence, Jan. 26, $3,000 unsecured, court appearance March 18, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.
• Gina Beth Rich-Mooar, 23, New Sharon, domestic assault, Jan. 27, $1,500 unsecured, court appearance March 18, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.
• Lawrence E. Lewis, 28, Jay, violation condition of release/driving after suspension, Jan. 27, released by court on personal recognizance, court appearance March 4, Jay Police Department.
• Curtis Moody, 41, Farmington, burglary and theft/failure to appear, failure to pay fine, Jan. 28, Farmington Police Department.
• Tammy-Lee Libby, 39, Stratton, warrant-failure to appear, driving after license suspended/revoked, Jan. 28, no bail listed, Maine State Police.
