Burglaries

A residence at 2 Perley St. was burglarized prior to 9 p.m. on Jan. 28; a door was kicked in to gain entry.

Sometime within the previous two weeks someone entered the rear storage area of the FairPoint Garage at 58 Westminster St. and stole 500 feet of 400 pair cable and 1,002 feet of 300 pair. A hole was cut in a fence to gain entry.

Aggravated assault

Officers responded to 94 College St. on Jan. 23 at 2:42 a.m. for a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, they discovered two victims suffering wounds to their faces. They both reported having been assaulted. Lucas Fisher, 26, was later located at 80 College St. and charged with aggravated assault, assault and on a warrant.

Operating under the influence

Jillian Donner, 21, was charged with operating under the influence on Jan. 23 at 2:07 a.m. at the corner of Montello Street and Butler Drive.

Jennifer McLaughlin, 25, was charged with operating under the influence on Jan. 24 at 12:59 a.m. at the corner of Birch and Pierce streets.

Brandi Lee, 18, was charged with operating under the influence, unlawful possession of hydromorphine and trafficking in prison contraband on Jan. 25 at 1:37 a.m. at the corner of Sabattus and Jefferson streets.

Bruce Jordan, 53, was charged with operating under the influence and refusing to sign a summons on Jan. 25 at 10:49 p.m. at the corner of Jefferson and Caron streets.

Bobby Magee, 29, was charged with operating under the influence, attaching false plates, criminal speed and operating without a license on Jan. 27 at 1:04 a.m. at the corner of Lisbon Street and Sand Hill Road.
