FARMINGTON — Staff members at the Franklin County Animal Shelter say Quincy is a young, white female cat with a little gray on her head. They consider her a private investigator that will work undercover to keep an eye on her owner and their household.
They said that she can vanish into thin air if anyone or anything interferes with her investigation. Quincy is looking for someone who needs a cat that knows how to stay out of trouble keep secrets.
