Ursula J. Balmer, 21, East Falmouth, Mass., minor possessing liquor on Sept. 6, 2009, offense committed, fined $200.

Jeremy A. Barrett, 25, Mexico, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate on Sept. 11, 2009, found guilty, fined $150.

Matthew R. Becker, 24, Ellsworth, possession of marijuana on July 17, 2009, offense committed, fined $350.

Jeremy J. Bellegarde, 20, Dixfield, illegal placing of bear bait on Sept. 4, 2009, waived, fined $100.

John R. Bernard, 30, Rumford, assault on Aug. 1, 2009, found guilty, fined $600.

Amanda F. Blood, 24, Rumford, disorderly conduct-loud unreasonable noise on Sept. 5, 2009, filed with no cost.

Eric W. Buck, 27, Andover, possession of marijuana on Sept. 25, 2009, by default, fined $350.

Daniel T. Casey, 35, Mexico, failure to register vehicle on Sept. 26, 2009, found guilty, fined $75.

David Davenport, 38, Canton, possession of marijuana on Sept. 6, 2009, offense committed, fined $350.

David S. Davenport, 38, Canton, furnishing liquor to a minor on Sept. 6, 2009, found guilty, fined $500.

Lisa M. Dayton, 40, Rumford, operating under the influence, assault on Aug. 14, 2009, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours, license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Jonathan Downs, 27, Andover, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 25, 2009, offense committed, fined $300.

Jared Fish, 27, Freeport, operating without safety equipment on Sept. 3, 2009, by default, fined $100.
