Matthew Verrill
LEWISTON — Richard and Diane Plourde of Lewiston are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Marisa Jill Plourde, to Matthew Verrill, son of Robert and Maria Verrill of Bangor.
The future bride graduated in 2008 from University of Maine at Orono with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is currently in the Orono master’s program for counseling. She works as an education technician at KidsPeace in Ellsworth.
The future bridegroom graduated in 2006 from the University of Maine at Orono with a bachelor’s degree in anthropology. He also graduated from the Community College of the Air Force with an associate degree in aviation maintenance technology. He is currently self-employed as a property manager.
An Aug. 14 wedding is planned.
