Community News

Leadership from the Pentecostal Kids’ Church, The Jesus Party, attended an all day “community conversation,”sponsored by the Center for Preventing Hate, at the L/A College on Friday Jan. 29th. Jesus Party director, Rev. Doug Taylor and Asst. Pastor Rev. James Span participated in the New Migration Project, a comprehensive public education program focused on reducing anti-immigrant bias in neighborhoods across the United States. The Jesus Party youth outreach is committed to working towards eliminating the many causes of violence by asking our membership individually and collectively to select annually one or two causes for research and action.
