AUBURN — The Maine Real Estate and Development Association will host a breakfast seminar, Post-Construction Issues Facing Development Projects in Urbanized Areas of Maine, from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. March 18 at the Hilton Garden Inn, Auburn Riverwatch, 14 Great Falls Plaza. The seminar is sponsored by CES Inc.

The buffet breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m. with the program from 8 to 9:30 a.m.

Panelists will discuss the new Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System permit requirements and how they may impact development projects in regulated urban areas. Included in this discussion will be specific examples from Lewiston and Auburn regarding their respective post-construction ordinances.
