GREENE — The Fontaine real estate annual awards banquet was held recently at Sedgley Place in Greene.

Among the award recipients for the evening were Bill Bergeron, Clayton Larochelle, Beth Favreau and Deb Morin, all of the The Fontaine Family — The Real Estate Leader, with offices at 336 Center St., Auburn.

Bergeron, who obtained his real estate license and broker’s license in 1999 and 2005, respectively, ranks in the top 1 percent of all real estate agents worldwide. He received the Top Sales Leader Award, having closed 60 unit sales in 2009. Bergeron specializes in residential and multiunit sales and leads sales training classes for agents. Larochelle has held a real estate license since 2000 and became a broker in 2005. He has been a consistent top producer for 10 years and received both the residential and commercial Sales Leader Awards for 2009. He closed 59 unit sales in the past year. Favreau was recognized with the Success Award for 2009. Since joining the Fontaine Family Team in 2005, she has consistently closed more than  35 units every year. Her specialty lies in marketing and sale of residential properties. As with fellow team members, she is among the 1 percent top-ranked agents worldwide. Morin, who specializes in residential homes, received the Achievement Award for 2009, having closed 37 units for the year.
