LEWISTON — The Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a seminar,  “Cold Calling … ITE (… In This Economy).”

If you are in sales, you have probably noticed that selling is more challenging than it has ever been before in your career. Sales people are finding it difficult to reach their desired level of productivity. This seminar will present insights and tools attendees will be able to apply immediately to get results in these current economic conditions.

Dave Stearns, president of Dale Carnegie Training of Maine, a training organization located in South Portland, will present how to become part of the top one percent in sales, the three-step process to make an appointment, seven ways to charge yourself up to make sales, and how to get buyers excited.

The seminar will be held March 26 from 8:30-11:30 a.m. in The Chamber’s conference room at 415 Lisbon St., Lewiston. Reservations are required and seats are limited. There is a fee to participate. Contact The Chamber at 783-2249 or online at www.androscoggincounty.com for more information and/or to register.
