Criminal mischief

A window of an apartment at 71 Oak St. was broken with a rock at 2:30 a.m. on March 28.

The gates of the Thorncrag Bird Sanctuary were broken overnight March 31 — April 1.

A trailer at the Pleasant Street Trailer Park at 586 Pleasant St. had a window broken by a beer bottle overnight March 31 — April 1.

A vehicle parked at 73 Howard St. had a tire slashed prior to 8:30 p.m. on March 28.

An apartment at 43 Shawmut St. had a common hallway tagged with graffiti sometime prior to March 27.

Bates Mill No. 5 was tagged with graffiti prior to 12:30 a.m. on March 31.

Operating under the influence

Russell Duguay, 42, was charged with operating under the influence on at 5 p.m. on March 28 at the corner of Oak and Union streets.

Amber Smith, 24, was charged with operating under the influence, operating while license suspended and driving to endanger at 1:11 a.m. on March 31 at 33 Sabattus St. after she crashed at Pub 33.

Peter Richard, 24, was charged with operating under the influence at 2 a.m. on March 26 at 701 Main St.

Allen Dunton, 58, was charged with operating after habitual offender status and operating under the influence at 8:43 p.m. on April 1 at 56 Blake St. following an accident.

Edward Crooker, 27, was charged with operating under the influence at 1:30 a.m. on April 2 at the corner of Howe and Sabattus streets.

Operating after suspension

John Ragan, 45, was charged with operating after habitual offender status at 8:54 a.m. on April 1 at 1035 Lisbon St.

Ayok Lual, 25, was charged with operating while license suspended at 5:35 p.m. on April 1 at 154 Pine St.
