FARMINGTON — Evergreen Child Development Center is now part of Franklin Memorial Hospital and its Franklin Health medical practices. The center’s name is now Franklin Health Child and Adolescent Developmental Pediatrics and its new telephone number is 779-2168.

The center has been and will continue to provide evaluation and treatment services for children and teens with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, attentional difficulties and attention deficit disorder, anxiety disorders, and school and behavior problems. Dr. Iris Silverstein, registered nurse Sandy Richard and a licensed clinical social worker will continue to provide the services that have been offered since the center’s inception in 2008.

The new center continues to accept all insurances, including Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield.

The offices have relocated into temporary space next to its former offices due to the Jan. 30 fire in the Franklin Health Medical Arts Center. Staff hope to be back in their original space in six to nine months. Designated parking for patients remains behind the Mt. Blue Health Center.
