Scholarship auction

WILTON — A Wilton Scholarship auction will be held at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, April 10, at the Academy Hill School. Auction donations will be welcome at the door or call 645-3894 for pickup. All proceeds will benefit the Wilton Scholarship Foundation.

Grange month

LIVERMORE FALLS — New Norlands Grange will have an exhibit in the window of the Sturtevent and Ham Insurance Company, 28 Main St., from April 8 to 22, in recognition of National Grange Month.

Committees members include Loraine Chretien, Nancy Webster, Maureen Cummings, Ceneretta Ward, Emily Pike and Robert Jones. The exhibit will include canned goods and crafts and applications for membership will be available. All are welcome to view the exhibit.

Memorial Day parade

LIVERMORE FALLS — Anyone interested in being involved with the Livermore Falls-Jay Memorial Day Parade is invited to attend a meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 15, at the George Bunten Post 10, American Legion, 17 Reynolds Ave.

Welcome reception

LIVERMORE FALLS — The Livermore Falls Middle School will welcome a New England Association of Schools and Colleges visiting team this weekend. The middle school leaders have applied for the school to become an accredited school, according to the standards set by NEASC.

Parents and community members are invited to a reception to welcome the team at 3:45 p.m. Sunday, April 11, at the middle school gymnasium. There will be student performances and refreshments will be served.

Spaghetti supper

NEW VINEYARD — A benefit spaghetti supper will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, April 17, at the New Vineyard Smith Hall, Route 27, New Vineyard Road. The supper will be followed by live music.

Proceeds will benefit Chad Merrill of New Vineyard who was badly injured in an accident and is unable to work. Cost is $5 for adults; $2.50, children; free, 5 and under. For more information or to donate, call Lillian Merrill at 696-8163.
