The Lakeside Dance Academy’s Annual Spring Dance Concert will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, April 9 and 10, at the Rangeley Lakes Regional School gym. Fifty dancers from beginner to advanced will perform in tap, jazz, ballet, and “en pointe”. The theme for this year’s concert is “Let’s Dance!”

Bringing the performance to reality is a large group of parents and volunteers who will help with costumes, lighting, costume changes, make-up and hair, sound, reception planning, and as general assistants with this large group of young people. All their efforts work together make this production possible.

There will be a reception to honor the work of these young dancers after the conclusion of the concert on both nights.

Admission is $5 for adults and $1 for students ages 7  to 17. Children 6 and under are free. FMI: Contact Pam Ellis, artistic director, at 864-2556.
