David Tozier and
Heather Allen
MEXICO — Fred Allen and Barb Allen of Mexico are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Allen of Peru, to David Tozier of Peru, son of Daniel Tozier and Susan Tozier of Peru.
Miss Allen is a graduate of Mountain Valley High School and the University of Maine at Augusta. She is employed at United Insurance Western Maine Agency.
Mr. Tozier is a graduate of Mountain Valley High School and is owner (partner) of Tozier’s Auto Body, PTR.
A September wedding is planned.
